In SWOTT, we do have various committees, and each committee plays a major role in making SWOTT a greater team to work for the benefits of peoples.
Advisory Committee
The people belonging to this committee are senior-most, highly respected civilians, and are active in environmental and social issues.
These are people to whom SWOTT members look upon for their advice and guidance.
Their assistance is great and their association are highly valuable. The people in this committee are lawyers, government officials, etc.
Executive Committee
These are people who derive various social programs and action plan for its implementation and execution.
These people are chiefly known as decision makers of SWOTT.
Executive committee branches out with various responsibilities headed by various positions, such as founder, president, secretary, etc.
As per by-law, these peoples must be independent from other organisation, association, or trust.
Members Committee
This committee refers to active members and existing executive members.
They will be provided with T-shirt, individual ID cards, and membership ID (they will give monthly subscription).
They can give suggestion and plan, but all of them is decided by executive team.
Volunteer & Co-ordinator Committee
Volunteer are basically the backbone of SWOTT. These people will be work under various services like lake cleaning, food distribution, events, etc. They will be provided with T-shirt and individual ID cards.
We welcome all school and college student, and workers from various organizations to be part of SWOTT as volunteers.
SWOTT is always looking for active volunteers, and if they found to be active and involved, they will be promoted as co-ordinators.
Associates & Sponsor Committee
The committee is group which contains various sponsors and associates, and team of SWOTT members as “Associates & Sponsor Committee”.
Sponsorship is, generally, in terms of funding the events, arranging foods, providing chairs, arranging transportation, etc. And, associates refer to many trust, clubs, schools, government organizations, who collaboratively work/tie-up with us towards the betterment of the society.
Our “Sponsorship Committee” is a dynamic team which is responsible for maintaining the relationship with our current sponsors and developing new sponsors. The key responsibilities of this committee are make sponsors as permanent SWOTT members as well.
